Happy April to all. Spring break is next week. The school election has been canceled and the trustee positions have been determined by acclamation as only two people filed for three open positions. The trustees will continue to be Tom Brooks, Judd Brooks, Cindy Skelton and Brad Bechard.

The school has been dealing with some plumbing issues due to an old pipe under the gym and on the outside of the gym needing to be replaced. We have received estimates from multiple businesses to get that fixed and the work is scheduled to begin the week of April 6. Capcon Drain Pros will be doing the work with a quote of $19,800. The board had permissively levied in the Building Reserve Fund last August for situations like this. By levying the funds locally, the school also receives funds from the state in the form of major maintenance aid.

The board meeting this month is moved to Wednesday, April 8, 2026 because April 7 is a school holiday.
